Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the jjwim platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You must notify jjwim promptly if any of this information changes.
jjwim conducts mandatory KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request. As part of KYC, you will be required to submit:
jjwim reserves the right to suspend access to withdrawal facilities, and in extreme cases to account features, pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Funds held in an unverified account will not be forfeited solely on account of pending KYC; however, they cannot be withdrawn until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jjwim will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. jjwim does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. jjwim is not liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability during maintenance or as a result of third-party infrastructure failures, including failures affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other payment provider.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted, jjwim's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by jjwim's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Without limiting the foregoing, jjwim's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
jjwim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach attributable to the User, jjwim reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the conclusion of any investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, forfeiture of the balance may apply. Where closure is initiated by jjwim for commercial reasons unrelated to any breach by the User, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within 10 business days.
jjwim may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially alter your rights or obligations as a User — jjwim will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, and updates necessitated by regulatory changes, may be made without advance notice. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and contact jjwim support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified real-money balance before the effective date of the amendments.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming regulatory framework under which jjwim holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and jjwim, you should first contact jjwim's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. jjwim undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a complete complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated under jjwim's gaming licence. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
